There is a router: funkwerk bintec r1200.

All proper configured through a external company.

What do you  mean with layer 3 domains?

Well you need a router to cross subnets ... routers connect layer 3
domains.

I'm not sure if you're expecting this to be classfully routed or
something ... the Internet hasn't worked that way for a very long time.
