One method, without going into OU politics. You could create a GPO on the OU, remove
authenticated users from the new policy, then create a group with the 7 members
in it, permission the group on the policy give it read and apply permissions
and that would do it. From: I have 8 users in a OU (including my boss). I need to apply a group
