I don't know specifically, but I do remember seeing that some of the DesktopStandard product line is to be rolled into the MS branded Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack for Software Assurance, due in Spring/Summer 2007. I would think it to be a safe assumption that the former DesktopStandard products included will be ported to Vista by release. If Policy Maker isn't one of the products in this pack, then I would guess that it won't be worked on until after that product is released.
