Hi Ravi Have you checked the NTFS security in addition to the IIS settings?
I had a similar problem before and it had to do with the policy settings for User Rights Assignments. Guests had been added to the list of those denied access in the following setting: Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignments -> Deny Access to this computer from the network. My problem was resolved by removing "Guests" from the list.
