But yes, I can telnet to port 3389 on the server, and the cursor sits there and blinks at me, but as soon as I hit any key, I get back to my command prompt. I'm snowed in, but the server is running. I guess what I'd like to do is see if I can reset the pagefile and reboot the server, all remotely, and still manage to terminal service to it and log in.
