Have implemented the product at a number of clients in single and multiple domain forests and used it for real on a number of occasions. One or two minor problems but nothing that would stop me implementing it again and the support on those occasions was excellent here in the UK can't comment about elsewhere obviously.
Has the nice side benefit of providing a stash of .BKF files that can be used for other recovery scenarios but these must be well protected of course.
