That SRV record is a way for the client (your workstation you're trying to join) to find the domain controllers in it's site. But it's not finding them as expected, and therefore is unable to contact the domain. You'll want to check your DNS server and a) make sure you're using the proper one and b) ensure that the domain controllers are registering their records properly.
