Good Morning, I'm not sure I should be asking this here but here goes.
We have a full Windows 2003 domain and almost all XP Professional workstations. I have a Ricoh Printer, Copier, Scanner on the Network that we use to Scan documents to each users system. During the last Month or so all but about 4 workstations have failed to allow scans to be created, the scanner does not give me any error messages. Each user is in the scanner address book with their Windows User ID and Password to access the own PC Directory. Does any on have a clue as to why some work and some do not. Thanks for any thoughts you may have.
