[ActiveDir] OT: DFS Access Denied Error

Hello, all. I am receiving an Access Denied error when attempting to add a
New Link into an existing DFS namespace.

I am a DA/EA and I have checked the ACL's on the appropriate AD objects
and they look correct.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
