Ah - I tried it but its not quite working with the XSD. I think we
might need to add an optional 'id' attribute to things that could be
used as a top level POJO for the ID/IDREF stuff in Spring. Will
investigate further - I think we might need to patch the
auto-generated XSDs a tad
