Just to point out for any viewers of this bug that have the same problem with
AMQ 4.1: it seems like if you exchange the location URL with
{code}
http://people.apache.org/repository/org.apache.activemq/xsds/activemq-core-4.2-incubator-SNAPSHOT.xsd
{code}
.. it works again. (That is, the AMQ version 4.1 sems to work xbeans-style
better with the devel 4.2 schema).
