Okay, I figured it out. My scripts were calling the older Win32-API
package. I've installed the one for 5.6 and it no longer complains. Thanks
for pointing me in the right direction.

I've had the same problem with a trial version of the new PDK 2.0; one
of the modules we used on build 522 of ActivePerl and 1.2.4 of the pDK
no longer compiles on the PDK 2.0 because PerlCRT.dll can't be found ...
is this bug? is there a work around?
