So what is the status of getting PlRPC and NetDaemon built for 5.6? I'm
also stuck in this mess, only I cannot go back to 500 series builds because
the 5.005 Storable ppm implementation is not compatible with the earliest
available versions on CPAN. I'm trying to get some windows machines
involved with a Solaris process.

Who built the 5.005 ppd for active state? Can they instruct someone else in
building these pieces for 5.6?

Does anyone have the CPAN module old enough to be compatible with
ActiveState's Storable.ppd for 5.005 ( Storable 0.6.0 ) ?
