Actually, my BSDI scripts will not run (on Win2k, Apache, & ActiveState) unless
I change the #!/usr/local/bin to #!perl.  I am not sure if it makes a difference
when running from the command line or not since I author for browsers (CGI) and
always change mine in the first place.
