We've recently moved our website to a new NT box, and all PERL scripts are running incredibly slowly (~1 min to return a result). They do everything they are supposed to (writing to a log and generating a few emails via Blat), but only after this long delay. Are there any specific settings in IIS or NT that might be to blame? I've checked through NT permissions and IIS performance configs for literally hours, but still can't find anything that seems to make a difference. Any help will be most appreciated.
