I just installed Perl 5.6 on Windows ME and it has been set up on C:\Perl as expected. Then, I created a shortcut that goes directly to MS DOS command. It shows : C:\perl> Then I try C:\perl>dir and it shows me everything on my directory PERL But when I ask C:\perl>perl -v It is incorrect and no command works. I guess I can't get started. Please help me....What should I do to run Activeperl ???
