TK is not a compiler, it is a library/interface.  It won't make executables.  ActiveState has a perl compiler, but I don't know how well it handles items separate from a perl script file.  You'll need to ask them.  Anyway, that's the only way to make perl executables that I know of.  I believe they also provide a means of calling COM objects from perl, so you'd probably be able to instantiate a Windows browser object if you tried, but not combined with TK that I know of.

Have 2 questions about Tk, is there a way to create a windows binary executable with it, and also is there a way to include a web browser window inside of it like VB and VC++ allow?
