*Apparently* the default repository does *not* contain all the available
modules at AS.
If you 'roll' your own (ftp & unzip manually) you will find lot's more
modules at:
http://www.activestate.com/PPMPackages/zips/6xx-builds-only/
contains the module you were looking for.
Just download them unzip them to a directory then install with PPM, like:
PPM> install c:\foo\bar\<ppdfilename>.ppd
