I downloaded activeperl in a shared drive with a UNC path name. And tried: \\test_machine\perl\installer.bat, it did not work. The error message is: System can not find the path specified. I then tried: cd //test_machine/perl '\\test_machine\perl\perl_test' is an invalid current directory path. UNC paths are not supported.
