I am at my wits end trying to get GD::Graph to make anything. I have
just installed it and was trying to test the samples. Whenever I try to
run any of the samples that come with the download and should create a
png file, they simply make a file called sample*.gif which has no data
in it. I am trying to develop a web-based cgi-script in Perl that uses
GDGraph to plot some data.

For a little background on my system, I have Red Hat Linux 7.2 installed

with perl 5.6, GD-1.35, and GDGraph-1.33. I also have Apache installed
and it came with Apache-GDGraph-0.93. I moved that out of the
/usr/local directory and into a subdirectory that should take it out of
the PATH. I also have AcePerl-1.82 which has a GDGraph-1.33
subdirectory. I don't know how relevant any of that may be, but I
thought that maybe the Apache-GDGraph-0.93 might be getting used instead
of the GDGraph-1.33.

I would be very grateful for any help that anyone can offer.

Thanks very much,
