If it's Matt's, it's probably also bad.

How about Perlfect Search (http://perlfect.com/freescripts/search/).
I've never used it, but a while ago it was referred to pretty favorably
on some of these lists, so I've had it bookmarked since. It looks like
it should be able to do anything you want it to.
