I'm sure there will be a flood of replies to this easy one,
and there are certainly a variety of ways to make what you
want happen. Here is one:

Subject: Modifier or substitution ?

I'm trying to get value inside of square brackets
$sLine = "[TEST]"; -- I need value TEST.
Is there is a way to get it and which perl function can help me with it?

Thanks
Vassiliy
