You can get Time::Timezone from CPAN,
http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/Time/ and follow the link to
Time-modules-100.010301.tar.gz. For information on how to install CPAN
modules on active state perl, take a look at the dicussion thread on this
mailing list entitled "Installing CPAN modules on NT" (about 3 days ago).

How do I get this module? PPM Cannot find Time::Zone (Time-Zone) to
install.
A Search on Time turns up TimeDate but when I type 'describe TimeDate' at
the PPM> prompt, it disavows any knowledge of the 'describe' command.
