Easy solution:
Reinstall your perl into a diferent directory.

Hard solution:
Be creative. Look for perl related options in registry and change 
c:\Program Files\... to c:\progra~1, make the same change in 
c:\Program Files\Perl\lib\Config.pm and everywhere else you find it.
Cross your fingers and prepare for more problems at unexpected 
times.
