Well... I think that just means that it'll become relevant to a perl group 
as soon as someone writes the XS wrapper code to enable perl to use the 
Mozilla APIs. You should probably ask on the mozilla list and see if 
anyone is already working on that.

general
Perl list, not the ActivePerl list.
