how can I install the modules from the local harddrive (Perl5.6.0 and Perl5.6.1, Win2K)?
it's probably could be some kind of "offline PPM"?
On Perl5.6.0 PPM, AFAIU, could install modules only from WEB?
On Perl5.6.1 PPM3 could do it, but I can't figure out why my new, on, active and first repository, which got the path to the directory with the modules, can't install such modules.
any idea/snip/code is welcome.
