The code generated in this way is not guaranteed to work.
The whole codegen suite ("perlcc" included) should be considered
very experimental. Use for production purposes is strongly
discouraged.
Anyway .. to use perlcc you have to have a C compiler. And if it was
anything than MSVC6 (the only used by ActiveState to compile
ActivePerl) you'd have to make quite a few changes to
c:\perl\lib\Config.pm
IMHO you'd better have a look at PAR (on CPAN), PerlApp (on
Activestate.com) or Perl2Exe (on perl2exe.com).
