CDB_File is currently failing to build for Win32:

The erroneous search results you are getting are for older versions that are still in the search database, but it looks like the actual ppds for these versions aren't available anymore.
I will follow up with our build engineer to see what the specific error is -usually on the ppm site there are links to the actual build error.
