I have given up on making it work.  It may be due to the fact that our
domain is now AD Server 2003.  I am using OLE and ADSI now and that
seems to work.

Thanks - yes, the error seems pretty vague.

I seem to see this error a lot when dealing with Win32 stuff. I think
this error should be interpreted as windows saying:

"Something went wrong, but I'm just not going to tell you what it was.
Go away or I shall taunt you a second time!"

I get this error message "Overlapped I/O operation is in progress" when
trying to run Win32::NetAdmin::UserGetAttributes.  Running it on an XP
Pro machine, querying a Server 2003 domain.  There are queries from
others on the web about it, but no answers.  I would appreciate some
light on it!
