Here is something about ANSI commands http://www.microsoft.com/technet/archive/msdos/comm1.mspx
In both platform you only simple print the ANSI sequence like this print chr(27),'[10;20H'; But in Windows you must activate ANSI.SYS first. How to do it is here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;101875 and in Windows 9x/Me you must add device=c:\windows\command\ansi.sys to config.sys Petr Vileta, Czech republic _______________________________________________ ActivePerl mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe: http://listserv.ActiveState.com/mailman/mysubs
