Yes the ActiveState PDK is what you want. See the PerlCtrl tool. An example of its use can be found at: http://home.comcast.net/~habullock/habobjects.htm

Hi All, I wonder if anyone knows of a tool that can turn a perl module into a DLL so that I can call it from C. If it could also produce shared libraries for use on Linux, so much the better.
I had a look at “Perl Dev Kit” but I don’t think it produces DLLs, please let me know if this is wrong.
