I meant the pop-up dialog box which appears in Win98 when the user presses 
close button (X) on the console window when script is
still running.

At first I wrote and tested script on Win98 and have posted question in 
maillist, but later I have tested script on WinXP and
have seen that this pop-up does not appear there. So the problem is no so 
important now.

Excuse my hurry about this question and I'm sorry for my poor english
