A few things to look at:

- If you type 'set' you should see c:\perl\bin in the Path= variable.
- If you think you have permissions issues you can look at the dirs via CMD
by:
cacls c:\perl\bin -- or Windows Explorer properties
        cacls c:\perl\bin\perl.exe
- what happens when you do a c:\perl\bin\perl.exe -v or c:\perl\bin\perl.exe
-e "print scalar(localtime(time));"

Subject: Help with Windows Install

Looks like I inherited an installation of ActivePerl on a Windows 2003
server. However, it does not appear working. Perl does not execute from the
command line. Even stranger, I can see subdirectories in \per\ in Windows
Explorer, but not in the command window. May be an administrative rights
problem? How can I fix this and get it working?

TNX if you can help.
