Some times the HTML format is disabled in the
mail cliente so your message will be seen in a strange way.
I have my Outloock config to see the mails in TEXT format.

I other cases the HTML format is disabled in the Exchange
options, because it can have malicius code in it.
We have disabled this option in Exchange.

But if dont ... see Mail::Sender.pm, it is a module for send mails.
