Using the perl dll (which you should do because it's supposed to be much faster being that it only loads once) is also simple. You would just put in <path>\perlis.dll (note no %s') instead of <path>\perl.exe "%s" %s under the home directory configuration. If your're using IIS6 then you need to also Expand server -> Web Service Extensions and add and allow them there.
