I'm working in windows. I'm using the binmode function but it does'nt work. The script write the file in text mode. That doesn't give us enough information. Please provide a short example script that demonstrates your use of binmode. Tell us what you expected to happen, and how that differs from what actually happened. Then we might be able to help.
