And your point would be what? That I need the hair behind my ear yanked? I don't mind constructive criticism; in fact I generally welcome it. But don't you think that implying that I'm too stupid to find the freakin' down-arrow key on my keyboard doesn't quite qualify as "constructive"? I've got much more important (read: real life, not work) stuff on my mind right now and have no intention of getting any further involved in this trivial flame war over email formatting, *especially* when it's something over which I have NO CONTROL.

My father was my 3rd and 4th grade teacher. He used to yank the hairs
right behind your ear when you were screwing up in class. My 5th/6th
grade teacher liked to snap a pencil on your ear when you were screwing
around or bop you on the top of the head with it. My 7th/8th grade teacher
actually took a map pointer and whipped the crap out of a kid with it and
that same kid sings his praises to this day (saw him at my last HS reunion).
Our school was his last chance after being kicked out of two public schools.
