Bogus Notes (er Lotus Notes) 6.x does have a "Reply with Internet-Style History" option which will quote the messages somewhat appropriately and also allow the replier to delete unnecessary portions of the original message instead of treating the original essentially as a bitmap. I don't remember this being available in version 5.x, so even 6.x users, if their email system is still using the 5.x templates might not have the option.
