That's very true. Also, I noticed in the OLE browser that there is a "Scheduler 1.0 Type Library". However, without any documentation I wouldn't fancy trying to work out how to use it myself. If you want to compile the CPAN module, you might be able to with the freely downloadable Microsoft compiler. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/visualc/vctoolkit2003/.
