Sandeep Cygwin includes an implementation of an X-windows server that supports SSH. See http://x.cygwin.com/ for details. Installation isn't exactly easy, but it does work if you persevere! Look upon it as an opportunity to gain deeper understanding of X-windows ;-)

There are certainly commercial X servers for windows, and there may even be some free ones, its been a while since I used them. Then use the appropriate switch to ssh (-Y or -X as appropriate) and that should do it.
