David-

this is always a fun one to try. people fall into two categories
immediately:

those who give a preset answer from the question and draw a blank at first
when asked to think of a grey area,
and those who hesitate to answer and want the conditions, or answer
conditionally.

in the latter it's fun to see what it shows about what's on a person's
mind

something tells me you're the latter....

In the case that you are an entrepreneur trying to market fish shop
franchises,
it is better to give fish away, as that will create a demand among people
who
are not in the habit of receiving fish from any source. By doing all the
work
for someone, you develop a lazy consumer of consulting products, bringing
up the tide and floating the boats of all the consultants.

somebody shoot me.
