Sure, use Tk, the platform independent gui toolkit that comes with your Activestate distribution. Type 'widget' at the command line for a demo, and see your "ActivePerl User Guide" or perldoc for documentation. There are other gui toolkits (e.g. Win32::GUI), but you would need to install them.
