Your code is working great.  I need to add a few tweaks:

 

    s/\$1\,/\$1/;

 

    s/2 Bed & 1 1\/2/2\/1.5/i;

 

    s/ Sq/Sq/i;

    s/ sf/sf/i;

 

    s/ Acres/Acres/i;

 

I tried to add some of these to your code, but did not get any where.
