The download link at the top of that URL works fine here...as
does the 'source' link on the same page.
I'm not at all familar with the module, nor have a use for it, but
attempted building out of curiosity. FYI it fails on prequisite of
'enum.pm' version xxx but appears to utilize Win32::OLE::Enum - which
does not define VERSION.
After suitably modifying all 'enum' to Win32::OLE::Enum it passes
4 out of 6 tests. Then I stopped...
