Hi folks,

A nice fellow from ActiveState support forced through my subscription, so I'm here now. I'd really like to get an official release of KinoSearch out that supports Win32. Randy sent me some verbose test failure reports, from which I was able to track down at least one problem. If there's anyone there with a Win32 box who can check out a copy from subversion and run the test suite to see if it passes, that'd be grand. Try repository revision 863:

  svn co -r 863 http://www.rectangular.com/svn/kinosearch/trunk kinosearch

I tried this out (and made an updated ppm package at
   http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/
based on it), and while more of the tests pass than
in the previous CPAN version, there's still some failures.
I'll send the verbose output to Marvin privately.
