Hello Fellow Perlers,
I'm searching for text that may occur within sets of HTML tags.
For example:
<P style="margin-top:13.35pt; margin-bottom:0pt" align=center><B>PATENT
LICENSE AGREEMENT</B></P>
Imagine the above line of text all on one line. I would be looking for
"PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT"
I have been using HTML::Parser to strip out the tags from each line
before searching it, but I now realize I need those tags to remain
intact for posting on the Web.
For some reason, the tags are disappearing. The Parser module seems to
be stripping out the HTML tags permanently.
I realize this is a bare-bones question. This module has been around so
long, I figure someone may know enough about the module to point me in
the right direction.
