Much thanks for the help with the kill/create.  My little program to kill 
and restart the program works *almost* like a charm.  The only odd 
problem is that when I do the "Win32::Process::Info->GetProcessInfo()" I 
get *three* instances of "There is no disk in drive X:" [which is my dvd 
drive].  I just hit "continue" and it runs just fine.

Anyone know why GetProcessInfo would be trying to access my DVD drive 
(and how to get it to stop..:o)).  Thanks!
