It looks like you are using an UNC path for the Perl install location. Is this something you changed recently, or did this work before? How exactly did you install ActivePerl: vis the MSI or the ZIP file installer. Did you install into the UNC directly, or did you move your install to the UNC location? Can you send me the output of `path` and `perl -V` as well?
