HI All, Please reply to this directly rather than through the list (since I am not a subscriber). I loaded down win32all, especially to check out the demo for serial communications (win32comport_demo). It looks interesting , but will not run....... It chokes when "import win32file" is called, and trying this command in an intereactive PythonWin session leads to an error related to being unable to access some library (unstated by the error message). I had python 2.0 and python 1.5.2 installed before installing win32all...... any suggestions? what is the cure? I should note that win32event, and win32gui both import fine.
