That's right. It has been behaving this way since about noon yesterday
when we last saw our phantom cache problem.

Not really. It provides that dialog box with the big buttons: "Modify",
"Repair", "Remove". The behavior of all three buttons is controlled by
Microsoft. We can tweak them but I don't think we can/should radically
change them.
